The weather can blow a story off course.
In the mountains, on the coast, conditions can change rapidly. In a winter landscape of ice and snow, once the sun goes down temperatures will fall fast- to below zero, and darkness will be total. The Mountain Rescue tell how useless a mobile phone would be to light your way. And you might need a radio signal. Fog can blot out a landscape in moments, and disperse as quickly.

See what the image gives you, and think beyond the frame. Perhaps there’s no one in the picture, but there may be someone in the landscape.
Consider the elements you can see, and those you cannot: sun, wind and rain. Listen, there may be a story in sound.
